I needed a yellow fever vaccinatiom and yellow card to enter Ethiopia. From initial inquiry it was a warm, proffessional and well paced response. I felt at ease and the organisation of the appointment was swift and I had clear communocation with digital reminders and guidance. The actual appointment was cleae concise, profdesional and really friendly. I am now fully vaccinated and have obtained my yellow fever card. The overall appointment took 25 mins. I visited the pharmacy for a travel vaccination today and was really pleased by how friendly and professional the pharmacist was. As he was training a student during the procedure, he expressed a lot of knowledge, and his rapport with other patients in the pharmacy shows he is clearly a well respected member of the community health service.
